Your poker records are stored on your device. Session data is sent out only when you actively request an AI review.
What Data We Collect
Poker Bankroll does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. Your poker records (sessions, hands, venues, settings) are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded. To provide AI analysis and subscription services, the app generates a random anonymous identifier that contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
Location
The app requests location access when creating a new session, solely to match nearby saved venues and auto-fill defaults (such as stakes and currency).
Location data never leaves your device
It is not stored on any server
You can revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings
AI Analysis
When you use AI session analysis or report generation, session data (duration, profit/loss, stakes level) is sent via an encrypted connection to an AI service for processing.
No personally identifiable information is included
No name, account, or location data is sent
If you have written notes for a session or hand, those notes are sent along with the request
Analysis requests are not permanently stored after processing
Third-Party SDKs
The app integrates the following third-party service:
RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. Subscription status and purchase records are linked to the anonymous identifier above so your membership can be restored after reinstalling or changing devices.
Supabase: Authenticates and forwards AI analysis requests. The app uses anonymous sign-in — no account registration or email is required.
All local data is stored in an iOS SQLite database protected by device encryption. Sensitive settings (such as language preference) are stored in the iOS Keychain.
Data Deletion
You can delete all local data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all associated data.
